How to
Make a Purchase at this site
T
o select an item for purchase click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy
Now" button near the description of the item you want. This will add
the item to your shopping cart. Click on "Checkout" to begin the
checkout process.
You
will enter the secured encrypted section of the site to conduct the
checkout process.
You
will be asked to fill out information needed to complete the
purchase.
Please proceed through the whole checkout procedure until you get to the page
that says "Your Order Has Been Processed". If you do not get to that page with the flying
owl, you have not completed the checkout process and we will not have your email address and will not be able to send you an email
confirmation. The email confirmation will give you any further payment instructions.
Payment
within the United States and Canada
We
accept payment by check and money order and we can accept credit cards through PayPal.
Please use the check out procedure both for PayPal
payments as well as check or money order payments so that we can get all the
information we need to process your purchase correctly. You
will be sent an email purchase confirmation/ invoice to the e-mail
address
you gave us in the shopping cart form when you complete the purchase.

For PayPal purchases please make sure you have given us your correct email address. We will send you an email invoice through PayPal that will give you further instructions on how to pay through them. If you already have a PayPal account your purchase will be easy and familiar. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a credit card purchase through PayPal, just follow the instructions provided on PayPals check out pages.

checks require a delay of 10 days before shipping
to make sure they clear the bank.

the United States and Canada
We
prefer
international money orders as payment from countries other than the
U.S. and Canada. We will not accept personal checks.
We can accept
PayPal payments from outside the U.S.
We are not accepting
orders and payments from Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East, Asia,
South Asia, China, or any countries that U.S. businesses are prohibited
from doing business with. Our apologies to you if this
affects you.
Making secure payments internationally is still risky in many areas,
and shipping delivery can be unreliable, and costly with custom duty
taxes.

- If an order is made from outside our shipping area we will not be
able to fulfill it.

transferred to a secure area of our site that has the most up to date SSL
(Secure Socket Layers) technology.
This means that your important private information is turned into
complex code (encrypted) that cannot be read by anyone, and
goes to the purchase processing service in this encrypted
state.
A
message may pop-up telling you that you are entering a "secure
connection", meaning an encrypted site.
Also
note that the URL in the address window of your browser changes from
starting with "http to "https" (the s standing for secured), and a
little lock icon or un-broken key icon appears at the bottom
of your browser or in the address window.
If
you hold your mouse pointer over the lock icon it will tell you there
is "SSL secured 128 bit
encryption" or give the name of
the security company that is associated with the encryption. For more
details, left click the lock to see information about the provider of
the security.
E-mail
Response Problems
I
f you made an order with us but have not received any e-mail notification
from us, or if you have tried to contact us by e-mail and received no
response please check the following:
Check
your e-mail at the e-mail address you entered in the shopping cart
check out form.
If
you have AOL mail, Yahoo.com mail, or Hotmail, check "bulk" or "junk"
mail folders in addition to the
"inbox". Your junk mail filter setting on your e-mail service may send
our e-mails to the junk folder.
It
is a good idea to periodically check your junk/bulk mail folders for
important e-mail that gets incorrectly sent there. Consider changing
the settings on the junk mail filter if there are a lot of non-junk
e-mails in the junk folder.
Out
of Stock Policy
I
f you
order an item that has gone out of stock but is still listed we can
make a substitution,
give a refund,
or if you do not mind a little longer wait to receive the item, we can back
order some items. We will email
you if this happens.
