Shipping

W e currently ship within the United States and Canada, and to Great Britain, countries in Western Europe, Japan, and Australia.

We are not accepting orders and payments from Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East, Asia, South Asia, China, or any countires that U.S. businesses are prohibited from doing business with. Our apologies to you if this affects you.
Making secure payments internationally is still risky in many areas, and shipping delivery can be unreliable, and costly with custom duty taxes.

We ship twice a week. We wait 10 days for personal checks to clear before shipping.

You will receive e-mail confirmation that we have received your order.

We offer standard shipping and expedited.

We cannot ship larger/ heavier orders to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping cost is calculated by the weight of each item in the total order.
You will be able to view the shipping cost for the current order at the first step of the checkout process.

Within the United States

Standard shipping will be through the US Postal Service or FedEx ground, depending on weight and size.

Standard shipping may take between 1 and 9 days to arrive depending on your location. We are shipping from California.

Expedited shipping will be 3-5 Day service.

Shipping outide the United States

We use US Postal Service International air-mail, 10-14 day delivery, for smaller orders.
We do not recommend making large and heavy orders with us from outside the U.S. because this will require shipping through a courier service, which will probibly be very costly for you because of customs duties.

Customs

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any custom duties for the products you will receive. It is always a good idea to find out ahead of time from the entry authority of your country about possible duties for the products you are considering. The products on our site are from a variety of countries.

Return Policy

W e want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EarthTrend Shop.

We select our products carefully. We try to represent each item well in word and picture, and we inspect each item before shipping.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will accept returns on most items within 15 days of delivery, and give a full refund.

If you wish to return an item, contact us by e-mail to let us know of the problem. Return the item in original condition in the original packaging and or comparable secure packing, and mail it back using a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

If we sent you the wrong item or the item is flawed in some way we will refund shipping and handling charges as well as price of the item after we have inspected the returned item for the damage.

If the item was damaged during the shipment, the delivery service is responsible. If this happens, contact us by e-mail and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
